SHIPPING POLICY

When you have made your purchase the Zakah team will endeavour to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we aim to dispatch your order on the day we receive it or the next working day. This does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. We also give the option for UK/local customers to collect purchased website orders from our Portobello Road Location. The service providers we use are Yodel, Royal Mail and DPD Local courier, it is within our discretion to select the best service for your parcel. Our delivery options are:

Standard Delivery- £3.95

·       £3.95 Standard delivery on all orders delivered in 3-5 working days from dispatch

Next Day Delivery - £5.99

·       Usually delivered within 1 working day (placed before midnight)

Premium Next Day Delivery (DPD) - £7.99

·       1 hour Delivery Window. Applies to orders placed prior Mon-Sun 6pm

·       Orders over £50 Free Shipping

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to cancel your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers legally have a period of seven working days from the date of delivery within which they can cancel the sale.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?
We aim to refund all returns 14 working days after we have received the item at our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

Why do I need to provide a photographic evidence / doctor’s certificate if I’ve had an allergic reaction?
Unfortunately not every return claim made is legitimate and we need to ensure evidence is provided by customers. This allows us to provide our customers with the best service possible.

 

Please return the unopened products, with a note of your order no and reason for cancellation. When we receive the returned goods we will refund you the customer the sale price of the purchase.

All original postage and packing charges, are paid for by the customer, and the return postage is also the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, in which case the cost of returning goods are the responsibility of Zakah Organics. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
